Exercise is not only a stress reliever but also it is essential for every human being. Regular exercise helps us to keep fatigue away and make our body and mind more focused. You can try yoga, cycling or jogging. Or you can walk to your campus with a friend. Early morning exercise keeps us fresh for the day. Or simply, only breathing exercise can help you calm down when stress is hitting you hard.

Keeping things in the right place is a good habit. It saves you from wasting time by searching here and there. Helps your mind to keep calm. If you have a lot of tasks to do, make a priority list depending on the deadlines. Then divide your time in a way that you don’t have to keep any of the tasks incomplete.
