This has been advised for several reasons which are looked on as negative for this University. Spartan has been blacklisted by medical licensing boards in GMC UK and the California Medical Board as well as problems in Texas and otherstates. They are recognized as having poor facilities. Most of their students are not able to get a visa to go to the United States to do clinical rotations. So, they must do it at St. Lucia’s small hospital.

Spartan University of Health Sciences is also known as St. Lucia Health Sciences University. They are blacklisted by California Medical Board for licensing or training 06-13-85, blacklisted by the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana as of 10/18/1984. And not approved for licensing in the United Kingdom.
