Being responsible inaugurated second Day Care Centre in Indore Senior citizens will have more opportunities for creative work Indore: 2nd February, 2012: being responsible, a leading social group of Indore is known for extending different kinds of social activities to citizens of the city. The group had started it’s first Day Care Centre in December 2011, and yesterday, the second DCC was inaugurated. The new Day Care Centre is located at 137 Sarvasampanna Nagar, Kanadia road, near Columbia Convent School, Indore. The new Day Care Centre, like first is equipped with the infrastructure required for the centre. Sufficient space, computers, internets, library, and various games provide a healthy atmosphere to senior citizens and they can easily be involved in centre’s activities, between 3 to 5 p.m. daily. Day Care Centre at the new venue was inaugurated by Shri Sunil Kataria member being responsible. The function was attended by a good number of senior citizens, residents of the area and distinguished guests. “ I am very delighted to start Day Care Centre at Sarvasampanna Nagar, the eve, which was eagerly awaited by residents and in particular, senior citizens of the area. They had heard about centre’s first branch located at Mahadev Totla Nagar, and were anxious to go there, but in between when they heard that being responsible is inaugurating it’s second branch in our area, all were happy. I am sure that senior citizens of the area will find Day Care Centre a right place, where they can perform different activities and lean a lot of the new era.” Said Shri Kataria. We had started our first Day Care Centre at 148 B Mahadev Totla Nagar, rind road, Indore, in December 2011 only, but during a short span of 2 months only, we have received the affection and good response from senior citizens, which inspired us to start the another DCC, and today, our mission has become successful. Day Care Centre is aimed to provide a healthy infrastructure to our honourable senior citizens, where they can share their rich experience of life with others, and if interested, can learn various things. “ Day Care Centre will welcome the suggestions of senior citizens and will try to implement them, if possible. At present, around 25 girls are adopted for the purpose. • Arranging of free medical camps at Schools. • Distribution of water pots (Sakora) and Jowar in summer seasons, so that birds can eat grains and drink water at the much needed time. • Provision of groceries to needy senior citizens. • Awareness campaign for AUTISM.
